Prepare your comparison at IKEA

The package must fit, not just the assembled furniture

For “confort” deliveries, IKEA asks customers to check package dimensions and clear access to the chosen room. Compare each package’s width, length and height with doors, the lift and staircase turns. The service name does not replace checking the terms for your address.

  • Include components sold separately.
  • Measure packages and accesses.
  • Check the refund according to the condition of the item.

These points describe the information to be noted. They do not confirm the availability or eligibility of an order.

Useful criteria

Compare offers in this category : Home & garden

For home and garden purchases, measure the available space before comparing sellers. Delivery to the building entrance, delivery to the room and delivery with assembly are different services.

  • Check for mounted dimensions and package sizes.
  • Compare materials, accessories included and notices.
  • Add delivery, assembly and possible bulky return costs.
  • Check that the website address matches the official domain : www.ikea.com/fr/fr.
  • Read delivery fees, deadlines, returns and guarantees before payment.
  • On a marketplace, check the identity of the seller and the country of dispatch.

Practical advice

Compare beyond the displayed price

To evaluate an offer, add up any costs and look at the announced delivery date, the return procedure and the warranty period. If the product is sold by a partner or a third party merchant, clearly identify this actor before payment: it is often he who processes the shipment and the after-sales service.

Finally, keep the order summary, the invoice and the exchanges with the customer service. These documents are useful to track the purchase and explain precisely the situation if an intervention becomes necessary.

DODO presents duvets, pillows, surmatelas and other bedding elements. The duvets are organized in dimensions, heat and garnishing, with also packs including pillows. For a replacement, leave your bed and your use: a heat designation does not replace the characteristics of the model, maintenance instructions and the space needed to wash or store it.
