Compare three offers on the same basis
Use this grid for a specific product or service. It adds up price, delivery, fees and necessary options, then helps you to look at what the total does not sum up: seller, delay, returns and assistance.

Before you fill
Describe a common need
Note first the reference, variant, state and quantity desired. If two proposals do not cover the same object, describe this difference in the grid rather than assume their equivalence. For a subscription, use the same duration for all calculations and carry the full cost over to this period in "base price".
The monetary fields accept amounts in euros. Enter zero only if the absence of the cost is confirmed. Leave an unknown cost empty: the result will be reported as incomplete. Add the items that remain to be checked in the notes.

Read the result
The lowest total is not always the best choice
The calculation is limited to the amounts provided. If a delivery or a necessary option remains unknown, the offer cannot be compared in a complete manner. Once the costs are verified, give weight to the delay, the actual seller, the return procedure and the service expected.
For a marketplace, pick up the dealer from each offer. For a large product, specify whether the delivery includes the climb or installation. For a service, compare the same scope of work and the same deliverables.
