Marketplace returns follow the seller’s process
Fnac distinguishes partner-seller purchases from direct purchases. For an item sold and shipped by a partner, request withdrawal through your customer-account messaging; Fnac stores do not accept these returns. Record the seller’s name and obtain their return address before sending anything.

Practical advice
Compare beyond the displayed price
To evaluate an offer, add up any costs and look at the announced delivery date, the return procedure and the warranty period. If the product is sold by a partner or a third party merchant, clearly identify this actor before payment: it is often he who processes the shipment and the after-sales service.
Finally, keep the order summary, the invoice and the exchanges with the customer service. These documents are useful to track the purchase and explain precisely the situation if an intervention becomes necessary.

Cultura For a book, game or creative material, identify the edition, format, language and content sold. A used reference must be brought closer to its described condition; a digital version or box is not automatically equivalent to the physical object shown in another offer.
